Andrea Robinson

Andrea’s past loves were running and CrossFit, but after having surgery on both her knees, her surgeon told her no more and asked her to try yoga. After one class she was hooked! That was in 2015.

Because of her knees, as well as two shoulder surgeries in 2018, Andrea is a firm believer in the physical benefits of yoga and very mindful of injury prevention and listening to your body. Andrea received her RYT-200 and Extensions Training from CorePower Yoga in 2018.

“Yoga provides me the life-balance I need, the challenge I want, and the strength I love. I recognize and appreciate that yoga can be modified for each person's needs and abilities, and I cherish being able to share with whomever will allow me to. Yoga has truly changed my life and I love being able to teach, and learn from, each yogi that comes to my class!”

Outside of yoga, Andrea loves spending time with her husband of 20 years, Brett, three kiddos and two golden doodles. They love spending time outdoors, camping, hiking, dirt biking, paddle boarding and traveling.
