Hot Yoga

The only local Hot Yoga Studio with room temperature control (no space heaters) and humidity control. Our Yoga Studio is beautifully designed just for you!

 

Breath is linked to movement as you flow from one posture to the next. While we offer Hot Yoga, we also know some prefer a not-so-hot experience, so you will also find Yin Yoga on our schedule!

You will end your class with a member favorite: a cool lavender and eucalyptus towel for a relaxing Savasana.

Spin 

In Spin Classes here at The Studio, we pair music with movement to inspire speed, strength, power and intensity in a way that drives real results. 

 

While we do create quite a party on the bike, we also train to keep you in the shape needed to feel confident and strong for the beautiful mountain/road biking trails we have available all around us here in Heber.

 

We have clip in shoes available to use, if you like to clip in.

 

It's all part of what we do to make you feel welcomed and prepared at The Studio!

Barre

Our Cardio Barre class combines the movements and flow of Barre and Yoga with some light weight training (with lots of reps!) and Cardio Bursts to get your heart rate up and your body moving!

 

We also offer Heated Barre where we fuse together the graceful movement of barre & yoga with a touch of pilates to strengthen the core in a 90 degree room for a great sweat! Enjoy a stretch and savasana at the end with a refreshing, cool lavender and eucalyptus towel to cool you off and leave you feeling amazing!

 

No matter which class you attend, when you hit the Barre with us at The Studio, your body will thank you!

Strength

We offer Strength Training at The Studio! This is a class that is similar to personal training, but in a small group. Our trainers are then able to offer attention to everyone's form and safety.  The accountability, community and commitment of our strength classes make this the perfect way to meet your fitness goals and feel amazing!

 

Our strength classes are designed to make a real impact on your everyday performance and all around wellbeing. In each class you will be led by a professional instructor through dynamic and creative movement. What you do in here will directly impact not only what you do inside of The Studio, but outside of our walls as well. 

 

Note: If our strength class times do not work with your schedule, we are also open to creating a Studio Strength class just for YOU - we just need at least five people to create a class! TRX

A TRX (Total Resistance Exercises) class is a dynamic, full-body workout that uses suspension training to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability—all at the same time.

 

Using anchored TRX straps, you’ll leverage your own body weight and gravity to perform a variety of exercises. Expect a mix of squats, lunges, rows, push-ups, planks, and more, all designed to challenge your muscles in a fun and functional way.

 

What to expect in a TRX class:

    •    Engages multiple muscle groups at once

    •    Adjust your intensity simply by changing your body angle

    •    Almost every move involves and challenges your core 

    •    Great for building strength while being easy on the joints

POP UP CLASSES

We are creators here at The Studio. Our POP UP classes are a way for our team to create, try and share something new. Whether that being a new time or a new class all together. You'll find classes like Yoga Sculpt, Upbeat Barre, Step, Spin & Strength, Kickboxing, Barre Boxing, Hot Yoga, Studio Dance and MORE!
