ADD-ON STUDIO WORKSHOPS & Team Training

We now have options to add on to our already fabulous Signature Membership! For just $80, you can join an 8-week Workshop of your choice! The workshops are a commitment we make to show up, improve our skills and strength and give us workouts that challenge us and keep us accountable. To sign up, click on SCHEDULE in our menu above and go to our January schedule!

The first 8-week Add-On Workshops of the year 2021 are:

​TEAM TRAINING (included in Premium Membership)​

​

  • Two TEAM Training Sessions weekly for 8 weeks, which focus on Balance, Agility, Strength Training, Breathing and Flexibility and are taught by one of our awesome Fitness Coaches (We have a few time slots to choose from!)

  • Accountability and a small-group community with others who are working alongside of you and encouraging you on your journey

  • Your own, personal equipment which will be sanitized before and after each workout session

  • Limited class sizes to help you social distance while meeting your fitness goals.

  • RESULTS! Your body will love the changes you will experience in our TEAM Training Environment!

STUDIO DANCE

​

  • Weekly classes beginning Thursday, January 7 at 4:30pm

  • Each dance class will teach you new techniques, new dances and new modalities to challenge you and help you burn calories

  • Each class will include a few new dances. You will learn belly dancing, hip hop, latin, and general cardio dance moves!

  • Belly dancing skirts and dancing scarves are included in your cost for you to take home, bring back for each session and keep after the workshop is over!

  • A community of fun, energetic people who are committed to dancing each week with you!
